KATS Board Meeting (April 2009)

Activities
	In mid-February emails were sent to all current members in website database. The purpose of the email was to invite/encourage members to attend KATS KAMP. If they were not going to attend, they were requested to renew their membership
	
	In mid-March, 500+ postcards were sent out to the Elementary/Secondary Board Region Representatives. They were instructed to send out the post cards to those in their Regions. These postcards were designed by Carol Hewitt & invited all science teachers in the state to come to KATS KAMP. In Region 6 a postcard was sent to every school building in the region & was addressed to "Science Teachers" with a note to pass the information on. There should be bills to be presented for this activity (postcards cost $100 to print 500 on cardstock & then the postage needed to send them out)
